Bob was born in Chicago and grew up in West Peoria, Illinois. After high school, he came to Iowa to attend college, graduating from Drake in 1969. After graduating he was drafted and served in the United States Army in Vietnam. After being honorably discharged, he returned back to Iowa to go to Law School. He graduated from Drake Law School in 1974.

Joe grew up in Indianola, Iowa and attended Simpson College, acquiring an undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2009. While at Simpson College, Joe was active in Simpson College Greek Life as a member of Alpha Tau Omega, and also serving as the President of Simpson's Intrafraternal Council. During his senior year at Simpson, Joe had the privilege of interning in Washington D.C.........

Terry, an Indianola native, attended Simpson College, acquiring a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Management major in May of 1986. While at Simpson College Terry played on the Men’s Golf Team. Upon graduating from Simpson College, Terry worked for Travelers Insurance Company in both West Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, IA. Terry also attended Drake University, acquiring an M.B.A. degree in May of.........

Nick was born and raised in South Dakota and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a double major in Criminal Justice and History. In 2010 he received his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law. After graduating law school, Nick practiced in the areas of insurance defense and criminal defense in South Dakota, before coming to Iowa to practice law in 2012.
Jim Dougherty

Jim Dougherty began the role of City Attorney in Norwalk in 1992. Previous to that he received a Doctorate in Jurisprudence with Honors from Drake University Law School in 1991 and was admitted to the Iowa Bar to practice law in 1992. Prior work has also been done for the cities of Cumming, Bevington, New Virginia and Carlisle.
